QCAP’s Adult Education & Workforce Development programs give adults the chance to return to school to learn English and improve their literacy skills, to study for the High School Equivalency Assessment Test (HiSet or GED), and to participate in college and career readiness activities. Adult Education services for Plumas County will have a new home this summer when interior improvements are completed at 501 Main St. in Quincy.
